Staff can ask questions about accounts, alerts, payments and the day’s operations and get an answer in plain language. The copilot can read and draft, and it has no way to post, approve or reverse anything.

What it does
- Answers questions about an account, a risk alert, a payment or the day’s overview, using only what the asker’s own role is allowed to see.
- Drafts the narrative for a suspicious transaction report for a person to review.
- Shows what it looked at to answer, so the answer can be checked.
- Keeps every question and answer for good, with who asked and which assistant answered.
- Works with a built-in assistant that sends nothing outside the server, or with an outside AI model if the bank chooses and its data protection officer agrees.
