Underwriting and collections
Each application is scored from what the bank already knows about the customer, and the reasons are kept for good. Overdue loans move through an arrears ladder with a log of every contact.

What it does
- A score out of 100 from KYC tier, time as a customer, money coming in against the biggest instalment, balance and repayment history.
- Hard rules that force a decline: tier too low, account too new, instalment too big, total owed over the cap, another loan overdue, an earlier write-off.
- Four modes: off, advise, auto-decline, and auto-approve for small clean applications. The default only advises.
- A nightly arrears ladder (early, soft, hard, recovery, non-performing) with a case for each overdue loan.
- Call and visit log, promises to pay marked kept or broken automatically, case assignment, and a queue of reminder texts.
